I don't have a lot of time to cook. Now that the weather is getting nice I spend more time outside with the kids. Can anyone please post easy but healthy recipes here if you have any. I have 2 littlte ones and they are constantly hungry. I just like to switch it up and give them something new once in a while.

Whole grain pita pockets can be fun, easy & versatile.
Some examples:
Chicken Salad
100% all white chicken out of a can light mayo grapes apples pecans celery
Or
good ole PB&J's
chopped veggies tossed in a greek dressing with feta cheese
have fun and just start adding stuff... experiment! Enjoy

Here's what I'd do for the kids when I lived in Florida...
Make a bunch of sandwiches like PB&J and ham and cheese...cut them into quarters diagonally (this was important for some reason lol)
Cut apples, pears, peaches and nectarines into small-hand slices
Slice a couple different types of cheese like cheddar and swiss
Add grapes, strawberries and whatever other fruit you happen to have
Put it all on a big turkey platter and just let the kids dig in!

There is a great cookbook out...the title is something like 101 Things Kids WIll Eat. Has some great recipes! Lots of stuff that can be made ahead of time and in quanities (and then frozen) or easy to make with the kids help. One of my favorites are the crean cheese & peanut butter muffins. Haven't met a kid or adult that did like those (and my kids hate peanut butter). Healthy and tasty stuff in there.

Turkey wraps Thinly sliced turkey breast " sliced cheese (I will use 2 different types) Put them on a low fat or wheat tortilla.. And roll them up. Cut in half... Put a baby gerkin pickle and a black olive on a toothpick and stick in the rolls to hold together... Serve with baby carrots as a side. And ranch dressing to dip them in.. Dessert......... Chilled watermelon wedges. Grapes. Can use ham if want.. My grandchildren love them..
Another thing they like is sliced apples and peanut butter...
