A pint of milk weighs more...WHY.... ..because cream is less dense and lighter than milk.
Back in the day.....before my time....when you could get unhomogenized milk you would find that the cream would rise to the top of the milk because of the reason stated above.
Assuming I am right here is another puzzle, if not then just ignore it.
Dark Phobia -
One family wants to get through a tunnel.
Dad can make it in 1 minute, mama in 2 minutes, son in 4 and daughter in 5 minutes.
Unfortunately, the tunnel is tight and only two people can go at once.
Which means they are moving at the speed of the slower person.
Can they all make it if they have a torch that lasts only 12 minutes and they are afraid of the dark?
Not a trick question

12 Minutes
First mom & dad go thru ~ 2 minutes
Dad comes back with the torch ~ 1 minute
Then the children go thru to mom ~ 5 minutes
Mom comes back with the torch ~ 2 minutes
First mom & dad go thru again ~ 2 minutes
2 + 1 + 5 + 2 + 2 = 12 minutes
What is the next number that logically completes the following series: 2, 3, 5, 9, 17,
