When you live in the apartment above someone who blasts loud music?You call the anonymous complaint number over and over and over again but they don't have a legit case because the neighbors in question keep turning the music off when the people approach? I figure for a bunch of welfare queens,they have a cunning intelligence like small-brained rodents,they also breed like them obviously because there's at least 5 of their spawn that I see outside everyday.Grrrrr,so pissed,because they'll keep blasting the music until after midnight and there's nothing we can do about it.

Find the opposite of what they play and blast back.
Don't You Just Hate It When.................even though it's 40 degrees out the car beside you is so kind as to roll down their windows so you can hear their music too.
