There are a few foods I don't like, but cooked green beans and spinach top my list. When I was a wee lad, my mother used to insist that we eat a serving of green vegetables at every evening meal, and I grew to absolutely hate the texture and taste of those. Probably compounded by the fact that green beans were the vegetable she fixed 9 times out of 10. The cooked spinach... never could get that stuff down, although we were required to try it every time she fixed it.
Having me swallow that spinach and spit it right back up must've been amusing or something.

 Chicken-I'm allergic to it...one piece of chicken sets my insides on fire like I swallowed gasoline from a siphon hose...only it lasts longer with the bird. (I do, however, like things that "taste like chicken", if you know what I mean and I think that you do!)
Cooked spinach-the slimy kind they used to serve us in grade school.
Liver & kidneys-gee, let's eat the part of the beast that filters out poisons!
Beets. Yuck.
