It's actually a myth that female bodybuilders get big clits due to hormones. Most of the time it's because of the change in their body fat ratio.
Just like the penis, the root of the clitoris goes back into the body by several inches. With less body fat around the exterior of the clitoris and more muscle supporting it, the clitoris protrudes more.
The largest clitoris on medical record was 12 inches, and that was not the clitoris of a body builder or someone with a medical disease. Clit sizes simply vary as widely as breast sizes...from barely there to ginormous. And just as such they each have their own individual problems and advantages.
