People I know who work in hospitals wouldn't find a medical fetish very appealing b/c they have to deal with lots of sad & unpleasant things.

I'm in ob/gyn practices every day because of my work. I'll have to say that I get into some interesting conversations about women enjoying their visits.
I've been in the patient rooms during exams and procedures...very interesting to say the least. I think I'd make a great gynecologist...lol.

You don't have to be so snooty, booty!...lol. 
I'm a specialist with what I do and I'm in partnership with the physician. And yes, the patient must give consent to have me in the room. I've been in professional healthcare for many years...but you do have the right to not believe me.
