I woke up a little after 3:00 this morning with a stomach ache like you wouldn't believe. I was even scared something was wrong. The ache came and went. When I was young we traveled a lot. Eating different foods, keeping different schedules and sleeping habits kept our systems from functioning properly all the time. One or more of us were constipated all the time, or so it seemed. My mother always brought (what we called) the "big red bag" with us where ever we traveled.
