Well I’m taking a guess that you mean you want advice on how to force yourself to lactate..? Maybe you could clear that up for us..
Funny enough I was curious about this fetish a few weeks ago so I’ll tell you what I found. From what I read you basically need to by a breast pump and then practice a regular pumping schedule that would mimic a babies feeding routine. If I remember correctly it’s was something like 10 minutes of pumping per breast every 2 to 3 hours. Beyond that there is a class of herbs called herbal glacactagogues (if I spelled that right) that are supposed to help stimulate milk production: fenugreek, fennel, blessed thistle, and alfalfa are the only ones I can remember though.

Well, if important enough you could probably figuire out a way to ingest a large dose of oxytocin.... like animals do when they consume a fresh placenta? 
But I believe it will really require an increased hormone cocktail, that has that oxytocin overdose.
Oxytocin , also is considered the hormone that creates the urge to bond and cuddle if I remember right.....A good thing in new mothers.
See an endocrinologist... or a perverted Naturopath for addittional help. 
And don't cook the placenta.... that would defeat the purpose!.....

You need to have then sucked and sucked hard over and over. After a while, the milk will come. Get a breast pump and use that in between with your guy. That will speed up and I bet feel really good for you.

Have you lactated before? I ask because it seems to be easier when you have. All I have to do is get near a baby and feed them a bottle and I start leaking newly produced milk. My kid has been weaned for nearly 3 years now, so it's kind of weird that my breasts do that. The others are right about the pumping regularly and taking herbs like fenugreek. Also some pharmaceuticals make women lactate. Pregnazone is one, I believe. As far as pumps go, try the medela line of them. The cheaper ones available at places like walmart didn't come close to working well enough for me.
