ok so recently i just discovered something weird...
during hardcore rough sex i like to be choked, not just a little pressure on my neck, but full blown choking. is this common or am i just crazy? ive seen this on a few porns but are there really people out there like me?

I hear that things can get out of hand sometimes - people can die accidentally that way. I have heard that many people like it though. Teenage boys often die from auto-erotic asphyxiation. In fact, I recall that Hustler magazine got sued by a woman who found her son dead and hanging in his closet. She claimed that he got the idea from Hustler.

I'm a domestic violence survivor... one of the things that my ex did was choke me to the point where he crushed my voicebox. I no longer have the ability to speak much above a whisper because of it. Someone putting their hands on my throat causes an extreme reaction... and it's BAD.
I understood what you meant. Unfortunately, despite the fact that I wanted to try it previous to the strangulation attempt, for me it's not an option.

Me too. My ex-husband would choke me all the time...not with both hands, but with the death grip at the front of the throat, squeezing with thumb on one side and fingers digging in on the other side. Yep, he damaged MY throat also. It catches when I turn a certain way or swallow.
Choking...nah, I've had enough of it to last me forever.
