Hi Julie -- I've been at both end, giving and getting, and I couldn't agree with you more. I love it, but I'm amazed at how positively women (every woman I've ever tried it with) react to it. This area is far more of an erogenous zone than it gets credit for. Cleanliness, yes, sometimes a gentle erotic cleansing can precede it, but not necessarily.
