ponme, having read your profile, essays, and some of your blogs & posts, w/o hesitation or doubt I can say that you are most definitely P.H.A.T.!!
Why oh why don't I live in Oregon?! 
About larger women, YES, absolutely, they are far & away more attractive than their skin & bones sisters, and I believe most men, REAL men anyway, feel that way. The problem in our society is that the world of fashion is dictated by homosexual clothing designers & hair-stylists whose sexual preference is young, thin males. Therefore they do anything & everything they can to convince American women that to be "sexy," you have to be skinny...and the thinner the better (unfortunately, they've been VERY convincing). When women lose that much weight they also begin to lose those magnificent curves, busts get smaller, more & more the gorgeous female form begins to resemble... what? Young, thin males! So ladies, watch that 2nd "Bridget Jones" movie and pay close attention to that one scene early in the film where Bridget is hiding herself behind a sheet. Mark Darcy asks what she's doing, and she replies that she doesn't want him to see her "wobbly bits." Without missing a beat Mark tells her "Well that's a shame because I happen to like your wobbly bits." Most of us really do ladies, so forget those agonizing trips to the gym. Get comfortable & secure with your bodies because not many of us guys want to cuddle up with a bag of bones. Nor do we want to hold a "hard body" that feels like a marble statue. We want to wrap our arms around something warm & soft. Remember this: If you're under 300 pounds, you're SEXY!! If you're over 300, you're still sexy, but that's awfully dangerous to your health and we want you to be around for a long, long time so c'mon over and let's burn some calories together...most of us guys need to lose a few pounds too!

Celibate what a great blog... love your attitude! I've been thick and thin and you are right; the bottom line is being confident of the person you are and to not give in to the mainstream mentality that big women are undesireable. How boring it would be if we were all size 10's... our differences is what makes us all unique. Thanks!

I'm not into large women but I have a friend who is in his 50's,a white,average sized guy and he absolutely adores very,very large black women.He says his first introduction to nudity came when he was about 13 in National Geographic magazine,nude native African tribes,he was hooked.His mottos are,"Lard makes me hard","Fat's where it's at" and "Cellulite is neat".
He also has a thing for midgets so go figure.Different strokes for different folks,for sure.

I agree. Seems most of the men in my area don't like larger women. I'm not huge, but I'm definately built more for comfort than for speed. I'm confident for the most part with my body, but I'm not overly thrilled with my "wobbly bits" unless a man makes it clear to me that he is fine with them.
But, there are men who prefer stick figure women, and they, that's great for them, too! Everyone needs love, we should just see the inside as well as the outside too!
