Rest in Peace, Dan Fogelberg. 
I had the pleasure of meeting and talking to Dan for about an hour or so many years ago. I remember him being very pleasant, nonassuming and quiet. He blushed when I told him he had one of the most beautiful voices I'd ever heard. To this day, that sentiment is still true. Not many can sing like Mr. Fogelberg did. The world lost yet another great musical legend far, far too soon.
We love you, Dan.

I had no idea he had passed away. Its always sad to lose someone from the music world who has made an impact on our lives. May he rest in peace.

I agree. I read he was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer in 2004 and it spread into his bones.
I know most of the time this site is full of frivolous references to sex and penises and all of that stuff...but men--and the women who love them--if I may be serious for a moment, please--get regular exams. It could save your life.

WOW, I didn't know that...and I listen to the news and don't remember hearing anything......he was a great singer!

I found the article on MSN and it was something to read.. still can't believe it..another great person who dies with cancer, as for Dove knows what I am talking about...I had 2 great men in my life that died with cancer and will be missed as well and miss everyday i look at pics of them, my biyfriend passed away last year in July and this year in Feb my dad passed away and both had different knds of cancer but what a battle for them, it's was a battle for Dan too!!
so you all rest in peace and will be missed truely!!!
