Posts: 32 Has anyone had credit card problems with this site? What did you do? I have been trying to renew my gold membership for 2 weeks and keep getting "card declined" I have now tried all 3 of my very much alive cards and get the same thing. The kicker is trying to get help from AMD administration. I have submitted 5 "tickets" and haave heard not a peep. In the help section, it says "we are sorry your card was declined- contact credit card company" I understand this as some people probably have a bunk card and AMD doesn't want to waste time with that issue. But when 3 valid cards wont go through there seems to be a problem on this end. Has anyone ever heard from a real live human when attempting to get some help? Yes I have called the answering service as well. I am geting a teeny bit frustrated.

Posts: 1,816 we sent a cheque at the beginning of the month when they wouldn't let us transfer funds with-out a credit card from Australia and have constantly asked as to when our up-grades are/were going to be activated.
no-one has had the decency to even bother getting back to us about it.I'm hanging around til the end of the month and then if its not activated,I'll be cancelling my profile and going elsewhere if that is their idea of customer support.
its not exactly encouraging ppl to be paying members and support them is it ?

Posts: 1,816 there might be memberships here,but what percentage are paying memberships compared with free members and how many paying members actually renew their subscriptions when the due date rolls around.
it would also be interesting to compare all this info with the amount of ppl leaving.

the goats a dumb fuck n a stalker ......but hey tas...if you realy want to know just ask......i probably could come up with a list ......of atleast soem of us who stay gold n renew
