Hi looks like I am holding down the place. I must be the only night owl on here. Just watched the show on the cooking channel about Tasmania. Beautiful place. Did not know you had the cleanest air in the world. After stepping outside around rush hour today I think you need to bottle some of that up and send it this way. Only thing is now I am hungry from watching them cook all that food.

I can't get away from the Aussie accent today on television. I even turned on the Home Makeover channel and they were making over the house for an Aussie rock band. They keep showing all those sexy guys from down under and you are going to have all the American women moving.

oh..and it just so happens the house beside ours is up for sale if you come up with a cool $190 000.
if you ask me its only worth $125 000 absolute most .

$182,314.50 in American dollars. Not that bad really. That is about on level with real estate around here. Would really depend on the house and how much land goes with it.

 do ya think we should mention vic how we only paid $50 grand for a 4 bedroon house on a half acre block . or do ya thinki it best not to brag about getting in before the real estate price rose.

Bet once I inspected the house I could talk the price down a bit. LOL You did get a good deal. There are always good deals just have to look for them. I only need one bedroom or my kids might want to move back in again.
