May I suggest an Iron-chef style rating system?
Appearance (pretty self-explanatory)
Originality (Likewise)
Taste (As opposed to tastelessness)
Mentality (Are they stimulating or just a bimbo?)
1 to 5 points for each category, so a total maximum of 20 points per woman per vote. That way, you don't have to pick just one.
