10 days to do a clutch ?
that guy must work for Australia Post .
if its making strange noises and not going anywhere it could be a number of things but I'd be looking at the thrush bearing to make sure its pushing on the pressure plate properly, some clutch plates can go in back to front,and if genius hasn't checked which side is stamped flywheel side,he's gonna have to pull it all back out and start again.
ain't vehicles wonderful machinery when they're running right.
if I was closer doc,I could do it in a cple of hours and it'd only cost ya a cold beer 
do you guys have icecream cakes over there RR ?  they are actualy cakes,made all out of icecream

Tassie ....Yes ,we do have ice cream cake ,but as many candles i had to put on it .... It might have melted

just use reeealy lil candles
that guy needs to be sorted out the Tasmanian way doc.
first you both stand in front of each other,feet apart and the person with the grievance gets to take one swift kick in his nuts...and he's not allowed to flinch,and if he don't,then he gets to return the blow..and so on,
first one who flinches,loses.
