I love carrot cake..There is a place I eat at once in a while that has the best carrot cake.

Hi All , Here`s coffee Aly ... I love carrot cake also Spunky ...breakfast is served all hours ... Sometimes i have it at night and here`s your coffee just the way you like it . Tassie you never had pecan pie ? It is very easy to make and i hear you are a very good cook .

I'm more into making baked meals and roasts etc.
I do churn out the occassional cake or biscuits for the kids though.
steamed ginger pudding or chocolate self saucing puddings are easy 
I want to get the hang of making cheesecakes better.
there's really only been one thing I've ever had trouble making and it would have to be the most simplest thing out...scones.
they never seem to rise for me,even if i cheat and put extra baking powder in the mix. 
another comfort food everyone seems to like around here is a double sponge cake,smothered in whipped cream and topped with strawberrys or crushed walnuts ...and eat it with a fork and extra whipped cream

I treat myself to a scone now and then from the bakery in town . It is tooo hard to cook for one . I love cooking up a roast beef dinner or chicken dinner . You are most welcome Spunky Tassie want a coffee or a Grilled ham and cheese sandwich ...and a bowl of tomato soup.
