well you know that sponge cake left over from yesterday,or was it the day before.
cut it into cubes and dunk them in this chocolate sauce mixture,then roll them in coconut and let them dry a lil....we'll call them lamingtons,they can be either chocolate or strawberry if you'd prefer pink ones for all the pansy's out there
meanwhile the pavlova will take a lil longer.. I suppose you dunno what a meringue is either ,its like a softer centred version covered with cream,strawberrys and kiwi fruit
or mebbe you'd prefer something differant.I make a wicked steamed ginger pudding too it melts in your mouth with custard or icecream

just drink it out of a coffee cup and no-one will even notice doc,aly and RR's been doin it for ages and thinks we don't notice them sneaking the bottle out of the back of the cutlery drawer
