It was coming on last fall..I've seen a couple of the shows..Pretty good.. 
I just got my satellite up and tuned in good and my big tv went tits up so now
All I have is my little 17 incher..
My computer monitor is bigger so I watch my stateside tv on it..

we had to update our ole faithful tv of 15 yrs cos Australia is going to digital reception next year.
went from a 26 '' screen to a 42'' and the kids still managed to stand in front of it  so now its wall mounted

That's what I had , only a 25 incher..Had to get the digital converter box to see anything..Went through two of them in a year and a half then no tv 
Satellite's been up and running for a month or two rhen the fuckin'TV quit
Sometimes ya' can't win for losin' 
Satellites aren't what they used to be here..Now there's a lot of Arabic, Thai,
and Chinese channels and you still gotta' pay to watch American ones.
Good thing most of them have an English version
The nearest booster for Aussie is on Pitcairn Island and 44,447 kilometers from
me..Weird..I'd have to turn my dish west by NW to pick it up
I'm looking for about a 42 to 50 inch now ..That way I can use it for my pc monitor too..I can watch tv shows a day after now and some pretty good movies free..If I want to pay 8 bucks a month I can watch 'em as they're shown..

I just dumped the cable for Netflix although I am beginning to wonder why I keep on watching Bollywood movies. They keep on popping up on my suggestion list.. Now those things are musicals on steroids.
Paul Hogan as in Crocodile Dundee Paul Hogan? That is one funny dude. My daughter used to have a big crush on both him and Steve Irwin when she was a kid. Had to be the accent.

years before he became famous as crocodile dundee, paul hogan used to have his own comedy show back in the late 70's early 80's and before that he used to be a full time painter on the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

My dad owned a paint contracting company. He hated Monday morning because half the guys were still hung over from the weekend and did not show up for work which meant I had to roll my butt out of bed and go to work for the day to make up the difference if it was the summer. Then when I did the home school thing the last couple of years I pretty much was working full time for him and doing schoolwork at night. I learned a bunch of interesting things hanging around painters. How to curse like a sailor, shoot a mean game of pool, and have a mean left hook when I have to. Didn't learn any of that in finishing school.
