after july1st . you can kiss everything bye bye . you will NOT be able to smoke in bars restraunts . ALL ashtrays MUST be removed . Wisconsin is going as far as to even do away with OUTDOOR smoking . IF , you want to smoke you can only do that ON private property or the road . why does this sound like comminizum ? a carton of smokes is $67 in wisconsin .

wisconsin has NOT thaught this out . OK . they cut out smoking . everyone stops buying cigs THEN how do they pay for CHIPS . IF , wisconsin was as smart as it tries to project , they should leave it alone . Or put the tax on alcohol .
