I hear it all the time, guys are interested in the visuals.... the showcase, and women find a since of humor more important.

Sunshine, women ARE NOT visual creatures by nature...it's the men who are. I personally like to HEAR what they are saying, but since this is not an aural site, we have to rely on the visual, like mrknowuwell's written sense of humor. I find his wit VERY attractive, not his "blue" eyes.  I admit that I also have to find a man esthetically pleasing to look at as well - he doesn't have to step off the cover of GQ, have Brad Pitt or George Clooney's looks, just a nice-looking man who doesn't make your eyes fall out or explode when you look at them.

well I guess we can agree to disagree
everyone has a look that attracts them and a look that just turns them off, now I personally would find it very hard to be with the man whos looks were a turn off to me even though his personality was everything else I wanted.
The first impression you have of anyone online or off normally is a visual and you form opinions by that

I am with Sunshine on this one I as a woman and most if not all of my women friends are indeed very visual.. And sometimes what you see is exactly what you get.. WYSIWYG so be careful out there lol....
