I have been trying to send an single email every day now for the last few weeks and I get blocked every time. I try and submit an issue to Support and I get this stupid error. Does anyone supporting this site care any more?

I try to send a fax to the number listed to see if I can get some help and guess what it goes to some medical office's actual number. I call them and they say they have no idea what I am talking about.
I tried sending a letter to the address provided and it got returned,
"Return to Sender - Address Unknown"
Guess this is another in a long line of sites that are just bullshit.   
Guess you are right, it is free and you get what you pay for or NOT.
