Ok, so now that the Turkey is now a skeleton in the garbage and your wallet is screaming and running for cover, it's time to think of the season of giving.. and well, getting..
So, what one big ticket item would you like to see under the tree, or in your stocking come the morning of the 25th?
For me.. I'm kinda split.. I'd like a new computer, but really don't need it.. I am also looking at a panel saw, which I'd use in my woodshop. That is much more needed as I build the furniture and do all the new moldings and such in the new house..
So what's tops on your list???

Well DUH !!
I mean BESIDES that !!! Sheesh..
What person doesn't think that baby Bush is a total douche? And I served dutifully under his daddy in the "war on drugs" and the first gulf war. At least I got something accomplished under his rule..
There has to be something of silly materialistic substance you crave... come on man, let it out.. you're among friends.

Honestly, no. That might sound wierd, but maybe it's because I've had a really rough year.
What could I really want? Peace. People to stop being such dicks to each other. Companies to start treating people like human beings instead of potential profit machines.
Materialistic? How about enough money so that giggl and I can start a family? Even my book addiction I can deal with from a library. Of course, with endless funds I'd want as much as the next man did.
But I'd be happy with simply "enough".

Big D, you are an enigma, wrapped in a riddle..
Maybe we can have a cold one sometime, and just chat... Sorry to hear that your year hasn't been all that you'd hoped. In many ways that makes life more interesting, as you realize what's really important and value what you do have. In the past 2 years, I have had quite a bit of flux in my life.. Let's see... finished school, bought and sold 2 houses, and yes, moved all my shit ( such fun...), have quit one job, fired from two, and now looking to leave a fourth.. girlfriend with the wife... and well, toss in some new cars and mending my relationship with my parents..
So, yea, I can understand strife, depression, wanting, frustration.. But as I look back on it, and forward to what 'can be', I'm happy that I'm healthy, and thankful that I've been blessed to enjoy the ride..
So, brother, know that you have the strength to get through this and that we're here to listen.

I'd like Santa to bring me an all expenses vacation to a nice, warm, tropical island!
