We need to set a date. I am out of state middle of August but back by 23rd. I think Ash's idea of a hotel sounds great The Best Western on I44 has a bar called elephant run that is very popular. I haven't been there but friends have. Someone know any others?

A tentative date of September 1st has been set with Tulsa as the city of choice. We need an idea of who is coming and if that date is going to be suitable. Ok okies lets hear from you.

I'm new here, but would love to join in! However, I've already got things set for the holiday weekend. But, my vote would be OKC for future events ... probably more centralized for the whole state and might boost the numbers attending
