Uhhhhh.... Yeah, sure. That's the producers cut, that being me. You get to share the rest with everyone else that gets hired. Even splits, no debates. Remember, you get to enjoy in the fun too. That should be worth a lot given the talent we're drawing.

Sure, you're hired too. But you have to act. Security is all set, no stunt doubles or special effects are used on my sets, and simply showing up for flufffing gets you no pay at all.
All other males.... applications will be accepted but put on hold unless you have outstanding qualifications that the current ladies can attest to.
More apps from women needed. After all, I'm an EOE type of guy and we need to keep things equal.
