I have quite a few piercings maybe its weird but the adrenaline rush from them really turns me on and I guess I have a high pain tolerance too. But pretty much what's pierced is ears, tragus, nose, lip, bellybutton, tongue..gettin my clit hood pierced as soon as I save up the money I'm really excited for it. The pain for everything depends on the person but if you really want it then it won't be bad at all. Sometimes I pierce myself for fun then take the jewelry out the next day. I like it :D

I have my hood pierced. it doesn't much at all. only hurts during the piercing itself and the pain goes away right away. healed very quickly if you take good care of it. Highly recommended!!
