Well, the Wonderbra isn't much more than foam support, for girls on the small side.
Larger women do need the Underwire with thicker straps and higher structural integrity.
Then there are those girls who need the support of steel girders carefully engineered into lace coverings.
I'm kinda glad I married the latter kind.

However, on the plus side, she has this awesome "breast massage" thing she does where she puts them around your neck with one on each shoulder. Damn if that doesn't get rid of tension fast.
