I guess I have to say this is my personal fetish (hence my login name) Nothing to me is more exciting than when a woman is so comfortable in herself and surroundings that she can trully let loose when she reaches her orgasm.

I've asked the squirters I have been with how the sensations differ from a "regular" orgasm. From what they have described, it sounds like it is somewhat similar to male ejaculation. Any women care to chime in on this?

I have no issues with this- I've just got to the point I'll warn the guy to watch his eyes if hes doing oral- yes I'm a " squirter" but for me its similar to a guy - It's like full release- versus just cumming which is over with in sec this lasts longer

Some women do. Some women don't.  Most women can. 
The "Trick" is that on the inside of the vagina, roughly opposite of the clitoris there is a little knot of tissue that feels different than the surrounding tissue... If you massage that little knot from the inside, while stimulating your lady from the outside most likely she will "gush" or "squirt".
FWIW if she has never done it she will swear that she is about to wet the bed... don't stop stimulating or you will have to start all over again...lol

One thing I'd like to add is that from what I can tell, it does feel like you're going to pee... or so I have been told from the women that I've been with. From my observation, those women that had never squirted before from proper stimulation seemed to be very worried about urinating and therefore got concerned about wetting the bed (or sofa, or carpet, or.... ) If this is a concern, then maybe trying this in the tub or shower would be a good first start for her if that would make her more comfortable.
Also, it's not always a squirt just like a guy's orgasm isn't always like some porn-star fire-hose. sometimes it's a dribble or a gush, not a fountain. Just my observation (and something I enjoyed observing if I don't mind saying so. )

belle, I am by no means an expert, but I have been with a few women who are squirters. In each case, it was a lot easier to make them squirt immediately after they had an orgasm from intercourse. Try having your man pull out right after you cum and rub the head of his cock up and down to get both your clit and your urethral opening. Even if it doesn't cause you to squirt, it should feel pretty nice.
First and foremost, just relax and feel comfortable.

I tried scientific research of My own, practiced the art of tantric sex, built up to it, didn't focus too hard... and as soon as I tried to squirt I realized I was just peeing. Oh well, apparently the milky white liquid comes from the urethra... so I was in the right area, just not accomplishing what I had hoped to!
