In my experience it doesn't matter and I guess I'm a prime example. Due to a birth defect and several reconstructive surgeries in my childhood, I've got 3.5 - 4 in. at best. In my teens it bothered me of course...discovering sexuality, etc. But it caused me to pay much more attention to what I was doing...oral, foreplay, etc. Because of that, except for a couple of "size queens", I've always gotten rave revues for want of a better way to put it. And most of the women have come back repeatedly....noisily lol. So in my opinion, it doesn't matter...just a matter of taste.
