Ladies. If a strange man walked up to you in a public place, (store, parking lot, mall) and before you could realize what he was up to, he planted a fast kiss on your lips and just kept going without you ever knowing who he was or why he did it.
What would your reaction be? Call him back for more? Get angry and start shouting obscenities to get attention? Call police on your cell phone (pleeeeezzze)? Just smile and enjoy the flattery? Wish he would come back and do it again? Get all flustered or embarrassed? Act annoyed on the outside but secretly enjoy it on the inside? You tell me. How would you react?

The funny thing is... I've actually had several girls tell me that kissing is actually a more intimate thing for them than anything sexual. I had an experience in college where this girl I was having a casual thing with was perfectly ok with me doing anything I wanted to her below the neck, but she didn't want to kiss because she felt it would cheating on her boyfriend.... as if everything else we were doing wasn't already cheating, lol.

I think initially I would be rather shocked. Then it depends on the kisser. If he had some kind of lip fungus I think I would freak. If he was clean and a good kisser, I woulld wonder what I did to receive such a nice gift. Might even kiss him back.

Lets see.. there Physical unwanted contact, of a sexual nature. You could certainly be charged with assualt/Battery. (Even if it IS with a Friendly weapon!  ).
On the recieveing side, ther any number of STD's to be concerned about not to mention common diseases, or TB.
Could be the "kisser" could either GIVE or GET any number of nasty surprises. 
No thanks I would want to Pass on this experience.

It would totally depend on the man. Some men are seductive enough that I'd melt into their arms and get lost in the kiss. If he was gross and didn't kiss good, I'd get indignant and push him away. If he was extremely good looking & arrogant, but a horrible kisser, I'd probably slap him.
The reaction would defnitely vary depending on who was making me react.

I'm sorry, I obviously didn't read the question right the first time I answered. 
In my current been-alone-too-long state, I'm sure I'd probably call after him, but I would chase after him or anything like that lol I think it would be an arousing experience.
