I have actually had multiple orgasms a few times. It never happened very often and it was when I was young. It doesn't happen now but that was traded for being able to stay hard for a long time.

I must be a somewhat rare freak of nature then. It takes me a long time to get off, say bout 20 to 40 minutes. And even then "Captain Winky" doesn't go down right away. I soften a little bit and I'm ready to go again. No lie. I think this really kinda messed with some of the women I've been with.
Though I ALWAYS get her where she needs to go several times with each session, it's been funny to see the ones who's pride is affected for not being able to get me where I need to go... But, I DO have my "go to moves/possitions".

I wouldn't know what "multiple" would be? I been i've had plenty of orgasms in one session but they weren't consecutive. And i've really good orgasms that had me convulsing like 7 or 8 times hahaha. But multiple? not sure

Not usually. When I was younger I could cum and cum again and keep going. But now I can stay hard without a problem and go for a long time, longer than most women want, it just takes a lot sometimes to orgasm. I'm able to orgasm very soon again but it would take a lot of effort by hand. Actually I don't need to orgasm every day or every time, probably sounds strange . Not being mean...but with older men it seems it's either "hard and don't cum forever" or "semi hard all the time" or "never hard and need the pill" or "hard as a rock from the beginning but get off with just a few thrusts". That's just how life goes when men get older. Yes, there are those few who get hard, stay that way and cum within the average time span. But their few and far between.
