You get an older woman the same way you would get ANY woman: Listen to her, hear what she has to say, help her feel relaxed when she is near you, be open with her, help her feel safe around you, acknowledge her value and worth, treat her with respect and friendship....
NEVER treat a woman as an OBJECT. However, there are relatively few women in this world who object to being treated as an OBJECTIVE.

tried it once with 2 that were nearly old enough to be my "mom" and worked out well with one....the key is to romance, seduce her by way of her mind, imagination....try going slow or take a "Q" from her...
let me know....

Be real and genuine - save the bullshit for other twenty-somethings.
And don't think that a woman won't be selective or choosy just because she is older and you're a young piece of meat. If anything, women with life experience are more selective than drunken teeny-boppers.
Based on the amount of effort that went into your profile, you may just want to retitle your post to "How do I get old desperate chicks to visit my van down by the river?" That certainly appears to be what you're looking for.
Why do I say that? Your headline "older woman to please younger man" comes across as very self-centered.
Whatever the case, be classy and treat women with respect and you'll be surprised how well that works for you regardless of age.

I have dated ( many ) older woman. The trick is to talk to her in a way were she totally forgets your age.
If you can make sure she is having fun with you, then she wont care about your age at all.
Dont say things to make her say " Oh thats typical of someone his age "
Be just as mature if not more than her, but super fun. Also, don't come on too hard in the bed room. You have to make her want you.

I'm not sure about every women out there, but I love the attention and I never turn a guy down for a date. I've gone out with a 21 year old and a 72 year old and just about everything in between.
Just be yourself and you should be ok.
