Women, How do you approach sex? Is it a simple physical release, good fun, or the prelude to a long term "relationship". Can women distance the emotional part of a relationship and just have a good time, or must each encounter be a search for your soulmate.

well for me I have a friend I see - and it is just good oral and sex, No emotional connection- yes we're great friends have been for yrs. I for 1 can enjoy the sex without the commitment-

Maximus- I've been friends with the 1 guy I see for over 14 yrs- and thats it FRIENDS- yes we have a reat time together when we're together - oral, sex, experiement( try anything we dont get to try with our respective spouses) etc-, but than he goes home and life continues- so yes there can be sex with out commitnent!

I think so, though I'd say women tend to want to feel some kind of connection with any person they have sex with, but do we always expect a relationship to develop? No, not at all. At least, that's my opinion...

This is only my opinion but I like sex to be meaningful and with feeling. I'm not saying that there aren't times when i'm in the mood to go out, meet a man and enjoy a night of sex

Janet, bingo, it is SO much better having that connection. It leads to more trust and more adventure. But a question, can't you have both? I mean, the trust with the kind you just have all night? Throw ALL to the wind?

Why is it so difficult to understand that you can have no strings attached sex with someone you actually KNOW? I'm beginning to think there is no such thing as free sex.. someone always pays in some way. Damn.

The 'no-strings' sex is fine...as long as it goes both ways. No fair saying 'I can have sex with you with no-strings attached, but you have to sit around and wait on me to call...' HAH! don't think so...
