personally, i can. Boys are very easy to bust...they are horrible liars and they have to provide proof! However, if a girl is faking...its a little easier to fake and harder for the guys to tell. With most women there is a tightening like other people described, and sometimes it gets wetter. Also some women have involuntary muscle contractions in there feet or thighs or eyelids. Usually I can tell, but I've been fooled. My Ex faked a couple times when we started dating and I told her to stop.
