I find phone sex very appealing. I enjoy it and really like doing it. It doesn't replace the real thing but it is fun to see how visual each of you can make the experience and how the voice is still one of the sexiest things to trigger the mind.
Of course, you have to be careful during phone sex...
The model of phone is important! One that is too thick...OUCH!

I've tried it (it was a first) and Really enjoyed it!!
You have to find someone who has a VIVID imagination, and a decent vocabulary. (Repetetive use of the "F" Bomb doesn't do it)
Anyway it can be a REAL turn on if you have a person like above.

It can be incredible if you really know the other person. Like most relationships, you have to take the time to know each other first. The chemistry has to be there otherwise it just doesn't work. Of course this is my own opinion...

I had just learned about chatting and had a very bad case of insomnia... and I was also attempting to write viable erotica.... any way I did start doing a lot of phone sex... to the point of one relationship?? to be... he would provide a scenario, and then I would weave a story for him, which would culminate with his satisfaction...
It got a little strange in that he was paying international charges to have me do this for him... and his choices were getting quite??? beyond my range of personal knowledge....
Then I got a real life, job, and stopped being available.... when I am working 60+ hours a week.... I get cranky when someone wants to beat during my only sleep time.
I had before that basically considered it like homework exercises for my writing.

Personally i'm not into the phone sex thing. I know Ponme is going to jump all over this, but i'll spit it out anyway, lol. I have a hard time trying to verbally express myself sexually. Typing something someone is going to read is much easier for me. I have been on the recieving end where a man describes to me what he wants to do either to or with me, and yes it's a turn on, and yes i have ummmm gotten off on it. Apparently my responses were enough to get them off too. I do have to get to know someone a little before i feel comfortable enough to do it.
