If I were you I'd concentrate on communicating with your 'fiance' to find out what her reasoning is, and to explore if you two are truly compatible, both in the relationship in general and most importantly, sexually.
You're not even married yet and the fact that you're already looking for something on the side/sneaking around is not a good start. Unless, of course, you're in an open/Poly relationship and have her blessing. Otherwise, this engagement period can be quite revealing. Marriage is a huge (not to mention expensive, and not just monitarily) step and not to be taken lightly.
I just know too many men who feel 'stuck' in a relationship and/or marriage that's gone sexless from the beginning (you're the first one before the marriage I'd heard of - most would take that as a red flag), and they feel they have to stay for whatever reason, and are miserable/frustrated sexually with their partners, and their relationship in general. Yes, even when they love their woman, it happens. You can love someone and not be compatible. Those are times you're best off as friends, or come to some agreement via open honest discussion.
As with any relationship: Communication IS Key.
Have a read of several men's profiles on here; the ones who are Married/In a Relationship and/or looking for discreet relationships whose partner/wife has gone the no sex route. If you don't want to read men's profiles (the non-members can't tell) - trust me, there are a LOT.
Do you want that to be you? Incompatible sexually?
Trolling the net to get a little sex?
Wait, it is!
This isn't meant to be mean, or pick on you, but to be more of a wake-up call, and pointing out an obvious red flag in your relationship.

I get what your saying. Believe, me, I love my girl. I'm just one of those people who likes to try new things. She's just not willing to try them, and I understand.
It's not her fault, and it doesn't mean we're not compatible. All it means is I'm willing to go further then she is in sexual experimentations. Thats all.
And yes, we have discussed this topic many times together.
