Has anyone here noticed how many spammers or fake female profiles have sprouted up on this site over the past few weeks or more? All of the "women" have virtually identical stats, have the same categories filled out on their essays, and are looking for literally the same age range for men.
Pathetic. 
And some wonder why this site gets such low ratings from internet dating evaluation sites. The powers that be on here can't even figure out how to stop the fake profiles. How is it that other sites have this adressed?

Haha, yeah...even the names are identical (with a number variation)...pretty ridiculous...just another reason I visit this site about once a month...

Well, some of us here are starting to see what's going on and that's a good thing. Perhaps maybe some more participation on here can make some changes to this problem. The trouble I see is that I've already made numerous complaints about some of these spammers and their profiles are still present.
    
Sad but true.
It makes me wonder how long a thread like this will stay on the board, or how long it will be before my profile is nuked for making this matter public.

Ah, maybe this explains my question about all the dead profiles. Also, is it possible the management knows about the spamming and are alright with it since it makes the community seem larger? Not sure, but it might explain a few things.
