Okay all of you NW Michigan members. I need your help. I will be winterizing my cottage near Glen Lake on Friday, and then driving over to the Grayling area to hunt next week. The dilemma..... Central Michigan plays Western Friday night. I had been considering driving down to the game, but have found out that it is being shown on Comcast Sports. The idea of watching the game from the stool of a nice cosy bar is much more appealing than driving down to CMU by myself to sit amongst 28,000 drunk college kids (guess I'm not as young as I use to be). Does anyone know of any sports bars between Traverse City & Grayling that have Comcast? Thanks.

You are more likely to find comcast cable in TC than you are Grayling. As for sports bars... I recommend the one on Front Street (it used to be an Elias Brothers).
I AM a little put out though that you are spending a WEEK less than 30 miles from me and weren't even planning to say "hello" .. .

Thanks for the info on the Sports Bar. I think I know right where it is. I will have to give it a try if I can't find anything closer to Grayling.
As for meeting to say hello, we may be able to work something out there. Still trying to workout plans with brothers & Dad on who is going to be hunting (& when). Right now looks like I may have time on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
