Taking a bath or shower, and maybe peeing, I wouldn't have a problem leaving the door open. Anything else, no.

I personally don't have an problem with it, whichever one does it. In a family of 7, there isn't the "delicate flower" issue going on.

I have been in relationships where it went either way. I don't mind if someone comes in while I am peeing, or showering ( as long as we are in a committed relationship) but #2 no way. My ex boyfriend was military, he'd always strip, shave his head, then call me in to make sure it was completely shaved, as the military frowns on stray hairs.
Sometimes he's ask me to shower with him after if he had enough time before reporting to the Base. He or I would pee, then jump in the shower together. It all depends on how committed the relationship is I guess, or person issues. I do not "enjoy" it but then It doesn't gross me out either..
