cook do laundry and take care of my puppy  haha jk jk
umm i dunno about most guys but i just look for someone to have fun with and enjoy their company. gotta somewhat enjoy the person your with or trying to be with outside the sex barrier. any guy can find a dumb braud to have sex with but actually liking the person is a whole nother factor
so i would agree with the friendship and companionship

I would like a woman because I desire a partner.
I work GREAT on my own, but I work SO much better with someone else with both of us working together for a common goal, be it saving for a vacation or whatever.
Sex is great, but it only lasts a couple of hours a night.

Speaking as a woman and looking at men...I'd think they'd want someone they could enjoy hanging with, someone who makes them laugh, someone who gives them their reasonable space but one who draws them in uncontrollably, maybe someone who isn't afraid to get dirty but turns around and visually knocks your socks off.

what I want from a woman is this. honesty, loyality, conversation, companionship. weather its steak or lobster or hotdog and cheesburger, weather its a hotel ,motel ,or cruise or going to the ocean and maybe a little skinnydipping too , I would like her to be openminded not a snob or a prude , I like to have a little fun too.

This is one of those questions that one can say an answer DEPENDS.
It depends on both what the woman and the man want. Regardless of how perfect an individual and their qualities may seem to one person they may be a major turn off to other individuals. As one example; if a man is loving, gentle, kind, caring, sharing, generous, etc and she is looking for a domineering master it isn’t going to work.

Just someone to hang out with whenever we feel like it and not have to go through a good six days of planning just to do something. A lady who we can share each others hobbies with and for some reason, I find being together on a boring day and stating that it's boring back and forth is pretty good too for some odd reason. >_>

I think men want the same things that a woman wants.
Companionship, a snuggle partner, someone to hang with and have an interest in each other hobbies, activities, a best friend, a sounding board, diving buddy, inspiration, dirty old man to chase and make lewd comments at lol. cooking buddy,
Sex aside I think men and women want the same things. I know I do.
