Just wondering if anyone can have a relationship on this site or is it all meet up and have sex?. Also do you reckon that age matters?, that even thought theres an age difference they both can still fall in love.

I'm not sure anyone is doing much of either. I am not getting my hopes up. I thought it would be funny to come here as a 40 year old virgin and post. I was kind of interested to see how people would react too.
As for love and age differences - I have posted a bit on this. People seem to think guys my age are pervs for being interested in women more that 10 years younger. I'm not sure how much two people would have in common with a large age difference. I have a very close 18 year old friend who I met on a support group site though. That's not going to end up as anything physical - but I don't care. We have a connection on an emotional level even if we don't much else in common.

SBE, the site doesn't dictate whether or not a relationship ensues; that's between you and the other person.
Having said that, I haven't seen many people on "regular" dating sites who truly want a normal relationship, either. Most people are full of b.s. in that regard. People are scared of reality anymore and they're far too lazy to do what it takes to make a real relationship work. This is the ME ME ME! age and doesn't seem to be changing any, from what I can tell. No work, no commitment, no accountability and it's all about fun, fun, fun! I prefer the challenge it takes to make a relationship work, myself. I find superficial relationships incredibly boring and unfulfilling.

sxc........i have personal knowledge of at least a half dozen couples that have come together on this site........some married already others planning a wedding.........i think a relationship can come from anywhere...........mine have mostly been a surprise........not looking for one and "bam" there it is...........and as far the age thing..........different people view it in a different way.........that one is up to you.........those are my thoughts and i'm sticking with 'em.........

There's more than one couple on this site who met and are now married/in a long term relationship, so yes it happens.
As for the age question, I think it all depends on the people involved. Maturity, intelligence, and age are all related but not in a straight forward manner. I think one of the biggest ways in which age matters (atleast in my experience) is with regards to shared life experiences. For example, I wasn't born until after the moon landing and Kennedy's assassination. Hell, cultural touchstone for me with regards to the space program was watching the Challenger explode. These are just minor examples but they affect the way we think about things (to extend my stupid example, people who saw the moon landing are probably more likely to have faith in human accomplishments, where as the Challenger generation is more likely to be cynical). Also, there are age thresholds for certain things. I wouldn't want to date somebody under 21, because they wouldn't have unrestricted access to things I enjoy. I wouldn't be able to go to a bar with them, etc. Things like that.

ok ok....just kidding.........i've watched n then joined in the group of couples founded on this site..........wedding plans probably this spring.....ain't worked out details yet..........but there ya go.......from da' horse's mouth.......yes mouth not ass

99% of those who meet from here would probably be sexual. 1% could have a meaningful relationship. That's only my opinion though.
Age? That all depends on how the person act for his age. I would consider going over the age limit I mentioned but not under

..and..I haven't *reconed* in Years . . . . but . .
I've been Aching to Fall-In-Love for years, now . .

I believe that anyone who learns the secret of maintain a good charisma can fall in love. Age is not as important as the soul that is going to live for eternity as a fitting manifestation of those attributes which help us in universal travel. But one does not want to go sour, and keeping one's youthful appearance makes one ready to take on the creative side of God. I don't really know how it is for aged people, but they sure seem to take pride in their maturity. It may be because of the financial condition that govern our desires, I am not sure.

age is nothing but a number, but i think it only matter when the age difference is btw 18 and 89yrs ,thats a wide range,i think what matters is meeting a person that have the same values in relationship as u,atleast share certain intrests,.when u realy love each other,adore one another and have strong lust for one another, then age will only be a nomber.
