1. I would love to have chance to see my loved ones that have passed on once again.( Grandparents, Dad, Uncles, Friends) I have been thinking about them more so lately. To have that time with them again would be so fufilling.
I know its not on your list, but this is what Iwould want most of all.

hmm... do I take the selfish way out and go for the inner peace, or do I do the right thing and use the one change to the world to make everybody else happy. Inner peace vs world peace. now there's a delimna.
I'm assuming most people went for money, power and sex (10, 6, and 8) in that order.

I don't like any of the choices.
1>would be like living on death row knowing when your times up. I like the suprise
2>I like who and what I am don't need somebody elses life to be happy with mine
3> I just find that sick, unless it's woman that's out of my league then it's a differnt story
4>would leave out a lot of friends and family being just one person I have a close family
5>same as above
6>this would be boring being able to do what ever you wanted without rules
7>I'm just not that deep of a thinker(What I'm honest?)
8>not very romantic I don't see much wrong with taking a first date to were you shot you last buck(been told it's not very appropriate)
9>I always consider to have this
10>I don't need to become a second moon for the earth one plays enough havoc on the tides
I would like 4 and 5 though if it wouldn't be just one person but be able to keep the love and respect of the people that already do.

This is my thought about #7: It's clearly the best choice. Namely because you could have your change be any one of the other choices but with whatever limitations you wanted, instead of the pre-existing ones. For instance, you could have the change be that you had a supply of 20 million pounds worth of gold. Or 50 million pounds (or the equivalent in dollars, etc).
In the end though, I'd probably go with inner peace though. Reason being that after I made the change, I'd probably spend the rest of my life doubting that I'd made the right choice of what to change.
I'd probably choose the inner peace over all other things. Of course, I'm bent towards Buddhism, so I figure true inner peace would equal nirvana. A romantic would (to me) no longer be a romantic after achieving inner peace. Come to think about it, it would also include the "your dream relationship with what you regard as being a superier being" (edited out a typo) option.
Course, it if didn't negate the option of being with a person (nirvana being largely the same as death, more to the point inner peace would mean you didn't care (not quite the right word) about others anymore) I figure (to phrase it humorously) chicks would dig the enlightened.
Now that I think about it, I could take the dream relationship with a superior being to put myself on the verge of enlightenment, become a boddistava and thusly accomplish or negate the rest of the list. Hmm, I think my answer is now number 3.
