I know precisely how you feel!
My area is also quite desolated for human activity, save for the bar scene.....Er...meat market scene.
Since I live mid-point from Queen Creek and Florence, I call 'my' area: Florence Creek, with the very same attributes as any human-vacant locale 
Oh, I almost forgot...I am in Arizona..HA HA HA HA!

As an added 'bonus'....I have been privileged to meet ZERO women from this site so far.
Not bad huh?
No worries though, as I think I have found someone I am perfectly compatible with, but she lives 3+ hours to the north.
We met, spent the entire afternoon in each other's company, and hiked around Payson and talked....very quality time!
Our tailgate coffee chat was superb as well.
I'll keep my profile active here for a while, just in case...but it looks like it will not be here for long, and I only hope sooner comes before later in reality.
