Love photography, various arts, travel, outdoors, soccer, backcountry backpacking, rock-climbing, racquetball, tennis, whitewater canoeing and rafting, caving/spelunking, pretty much any new adventure, movies... You name it. Play cello and guitar, and listen to a broad range of music styles.

Know how to laugh, as well as how to be serious when/if the situation calls for it. Good conversation would be nice. Have real passions about things in life, but without being so consumed by them that you are unable to show grace toward others or to understand their passions. Be able to genuinely appreciate one another. Not necessary, but bonus if you love the outdoors and/or photography.

I do most work from home and in the field -- various computer stuff, web development, photography, and music.

Humor, warmth, genuineness, good conversation, passion for life, humanity, and at least some kind of arts. Outdoor-loving is great, though not absolutely necessary. At least fit enough that you aren't out of breath after climbing half a flight of stairs...?
