If you weren't getting any dates in life... would you (any guy) allow yourself to be put totally in the hands of a female friend who gets a LITTLE too excited at the words 'make over'?

Ladies, would you honestly do a make over for any of your guy friends to make them look better? Who do you think of your guy friends needs it the most? And what would you change? a lot or a little?

Guys, do you have any female friends that you'd like see in a different style than the current way they look?

Looking at my own pictures, I can see improvement and I am hesitant to even ask but here goes... any ideas on how to improve the look?

If she's a friend you trust why not go for it? If you're up for a change I think that it's okay. It's not to say you're changing for someone else. I mean it sounds like you're just talking about maybe a new hairstyle, maybe new glasses, a new outfit. I'm not talking anything extreme. A make-over even brings some people out of their shell, makes them feel better about themself. Have fun if you decide to trust your friend.

There is nothing wrong with updating yourself. Women do it all the time. New Hairstyle, when the one they have goes out of style. I think that sometimes men get stuck in a time warp and are afraid of the change. I have noticed though that alot of men in their 40's seem to go through a change and will update themselves with the times. Like another blogger stated, new glasses, new haircut and some new clothes can make a big difference in your own confidence and that shows in how you talk and handle yourself around others. It's all really up to you and what you want.

LOL, yeah I once let a female friend of mine give me a makeover and she ended up creating me in her image of what she thought she wanted. Went with a few of her ideas (new glasses) that worked. She talked me into shaving off my beard (never again, couldn't get used to lookin' in the mirror) and tried to class up this hick with an all new wardrobe. Really wasn't me, I'm a bluejeans kind of guy.

I think they can be good. I think we tend to get into a rut about what we can wear and what looks good on us. I would love to have a good male friend go out with me and shop for a few new clothes and help me with my hair and such...women tend to know what other women are going to be attracted to...and I think men are the same way.

As far as your pictures? I think you could stand to go quite a bit shorter and funkier with the hair and some smaller, trendier specs would make a big change.
