Because it's the ultimate in effortless sex. The more time the average male has to spend getting laid the less interested he becomes. He doesn't want to go through the trouble of building any kind of relationship. He just wants to select a woman from a bar, get release, and then be alone again.

Slitfiller just reminded me of something else. Maybe that's the way I feel I do about the topic. I really prefer to get close to someone in regards to relationships, even if it's just casual sex. I don't like to just get my rocks off and have done with it. To me, the biggest high is the ego trip, making that person's eyes pop out or getting them to scream things that surprise them.
