	I am no expert but i have have 2 recomendations : 1 ) go to a Hospital emergency room for help erections lasting over 4 hours that do not subside in time can lead to irreversible damage to the penis or Gangrene ( blood poisioning ) and amputation of the penis. 2) Find and obtain the HELP of a willing female or females and let nature take its course in the way of hot wild out of control sex this may take a while and last for hours or days .
