As for me, it wouldn't bother me going out right after having sex without a bath or shower. Actually I find it a major turn on.

It would depend on the situation. Going out to dinner afterwards or to a major outting would have me taking a shower. Too, so would any major physical activity cause me to take a shower afterwards. In a relaxed, informal setting amonsgt friends, maybe not. Specially if they showed up right afterwards and it was an inprompt to invitation for a few drinks.

When I was in college I worked in the office of the dorm I lived in. One day, as my relief worker was coming to take over his shift, he sniffed the air around me and said, "Damn, girl, you smell like sex!"  Had I had sex the night before? YES. Had I had time to shower before going to my 8:00 a.m. shift at the dorm office? NO.
Ever since then, I've ALWAYS showered afterwards.
