A man goes into a bar one night and tells the bartender that he wants a dozen martini's, one after another and that he's celebrating!
So the bartender starts sending him martini's. After the 10th martini, the bartender asks the guy why he's drinking a dozen martini's.
The guy says he's celebrating his first blow job to which the bartender says "Hey, if that's your first blow job, your 13th is on the house!"
The guy declines and says "No thanks, if 12 can't get the taste out, the 13th won't help much either."
