I have never understood why most men would be so embarrassed about going to the store to buy their gf or spouse tampons or pads. I really don't see what the problem would be, I know I wouldn't have a problem buying them for her. How many guys would or wouldn't do that for your gf or spouse? Ladies, would you ask him to do this for you?

If course I would

I don't have a problem with it, but even after all these years I find that I'm still out of my element in that aisle of the drugstore. There are so many criteria with pads that it's easy to screw up if you don't know what you're doing. I frequently come home with something that's technically usable, but a little off course from what I was asked to get.

I'll tell ya what's scary, it's the fact that I would go and actually pick out the right ones. But then again, nothing scary about it, I don't think it's that difficult.

Absolutely would.... OH ARGIT?????????????????????

Whenever I'm asked to do that,

I return home with a big package of tube socks!!

Feb 18 @ 10:20PM
Yes, Belair, I love tube socks!

Since I have no problem buying the tampond or pads I wonder how many women out there would actually go to the store to buy tube socks for their lover who loves them since most people don't like tube socks today.

buying tube socks is a lot easier than making them.

I don't need them anymore, but if I did, yes I'd ask

I wouldn't have a problem buying tampons or pads either! I wouldn't want to bring the wrong ones back tho- <--- picture that as a frying pan on my head!

Buying tampons or pads isn't embarrassing for me. In fact, I am probably less humiliated about it than most women are.

Unfortunately, women make us buy their tampons and pads as a way of testing us to see how well trained we are. They may as well pee on us to mark their territory like a common dog would.

I have bought tampons for a girlfriend before, but she also bought embarrassing things for me.

Nothing tells peope you are straight more than buying female products! Think about it, even I can't think of perverted uses for said items! Nope that cute cashier knows for sure you are straight!

Much to one certain womans surprise I would not have a problem with it.
I'd even buy her pantyhose for her too, in fact I would not be fazed by anything even cream for vaginal thrush.

I've always asked my partner to buy my products,,,,,if I close to being out of them and not feeling in the mood to go to the store,,,,not ever a problem,,,,

knowin my luck theyd be callin for cleanup ISLE THREE....

HRRR---with your luck it would be the clerck holding it up and in the loud speaker ask for price check on Kotex maxi pads with wings....

Now that would be funny

I had to pick out and buy the neccessities for a 12 year olds first time while her mother (my wife) was in the hospital. Of course I had to go through the checkout by myself! LOL

You have a valid point there, Canu.

It's nice to know that guys are willing to do this. I stopped by Drug Mart and grabbed a few things, including tampons. The guy at the register was somewhere around 17-19 and dropped them twice before he could even get them scanned and in the bag. He turned 2 shades of red. I felt really bad for going through his line, but I didn't have a choice. Poor guy.

Wow! All of you good people are so...what's the word I'm looking for here....EVOLVED!
I still freak out if there's a guy behind the register when I buy my female products

I'd not ask my guy to go get them for i prefer shopping for them myself, i like to see what's out there and choose from there. My dad used to embarrass my sister and i when we were kids and out getting groceries. We'd hit the tampon aisle and in a loud voice shout to us if we needed tampoons. We'd scatter and he'd usually have to hit the aisle with the comic books to find me and the aisle with the makeup to collect my sister.

Interesting thing about tampons, and i've had people verify the accuracy. Millitary medics use tampons to plug up some bullet wounds, and some high schools use tampons to stop bloody noses
